Three days of balanced theory and practice in confined and open waters with expert guidance.
Duration
3–5 days (approximately 12–16 hours total)
Course Format
A well-rounded combination of theory, confined water, and open water sessions. The course focuses on developing solid technique, breath-hold awareness, safety skills, and relaxed depth progression—laying the foundation for confident freediving.

Prerequisites
• Minimum age: 18 years (or 16 with parental consent)
• Comfortable swimmer
• Good general health
• Completion of medical statement
• No prior freediving certification required
Maximum Depth / Goals
Training dives up to 16–20 meters, depending on individual comfort, progress, and conditions. Students learn safe depth adaptation, proper equalization, and effective buddy procedures.
Group Size
Small groups with a maximum of 3 students per instructor, ensuring personalized coaching, close supervision, and plenty of feedback—because good habits are easier to build than to fix later
