What You Learn

Master breathing, equalization, finning, safety, and both pool and open water skills.

Course Structure

Three days of balanced theory and practice in warm, calm waters with expert guidance.

Duration
4–5 days (approximately 24–30 hours total)

Course Format
An advanced training program combining in-depth theory, structured confined water sessions, and progressive open water depth training. The course emphasizes efficiency, relaxation at depth, advanced equalization, and high-level safety skills—bridging the gap between recreational mastery and elite freediving.

Requirements
• Minimum age: 18 years
• AIDA 3 (or equivalent) certification
• Good general health and completed medical statement
• Solid equalization and prior depth experience

Maximum Depth / Goals
Training dives up to 40 meters, depending on individual ability, comfort, and conditions. Students work toward refined equalization, improved breath-hold efficiency, mental control at depth, and mastery of advanced safety and rescue procedures.

Group Size
Small groups with a maximum of 2–3 students per instructor, ensuring close supervision, precise feedback, and a high level of individual attention—because at this level, details make all the difference
