What You Learn

Master breathing, equalization, finning, safety, and both pool and open water skills.

Course Structure

Three days of balanced theory and practice in warm, calm waters with expert guidance.

Duration
3–5 days (approximately 18–24 hours total)

Course Format
An intensive blend of advanced theory, confined water training, and open water sessions. The course emphasizes efficiency, relaxation, safety leadership, and deeper depth adaptation—designed to turn competent freedivers into confident, independent ones.

• Certified AIDA instructor guidance
• Advanced theory sessions (physiology, equalization, training principles, safety)
• Confined water training (static, dynamic, rescue skills)

• Continuous professional supervision
• Photos or videos (conditions permitting)

Requirement

• Minimum age: 18 years (or 16 with parental consent)
• AIDA 2 (or equivalent) certification
• Good general health and completed medical statement
• Ability to swim at least 200 meters without aids

Maximum Depth / Goals
Training dives up to 30 meters, depending on individual progress and conditions. Students refine equalization techniques, improve breath-hold efficiency, and master safety and rescue procedures required for independent freediving.

Group Size
Small groups with a maximum of 3 students per instructor, allowing for precise coaching, close safety oversight, and individualized performance feedback—because depth is earned, not rushed
